Section 62A — Bar on registering a vehicle that contravenes rules made under section 110

(1) No registering authority shall register any motor vehicle that contravenes any rule made under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 110. (2) No prescribed authority or authorised testing station shall issue a certificate of fitness under section 56 to any motor vehicle that contravenes any rule made under section 110.
