Set to become India's longest expressway at 1,350 km, developed under Bharatmala Pariyojana. It connects Delhi and Mumbai through six states and will cut travel time from 24 hours to about 12 hours. As of 2026 it is partially operational with around 756 km open to traffic; the Delhi–Vadodara stretch is targeted for 2026 and the remaining Gujarat–Mumbai packages by 2027–28.
