Whoever contravenes the regulations made under section 118, shall be punishable with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees, but may extend to one thousand rupees.”. 60. In section 178 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3), in clause (b), for the words “two hundred rupees”, the words “five hundred rupees” shall be substituted. 61. In section 179 of the principal Act,— (i) in sub-section (1), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words “two thousand rupees” shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words “two thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
